Yoga is for everyone. I guide fun challenging and uplifting yoga classes all throughout Orange County. Yoga is a great tool to bring greater peace to your life. Yoga has many physical benefits improved flexibility, strength, respiratory health, also pain relief. 

Vinyasa Class

Vinyasa style classes link breath with movement. You will be guided into each Asana & in each Asana is where yoga happens. You will find your strength, focus, maybe even a deep sense of self.

Heated Vinyasa

Same Benefits as a Vinyasa class with the addition of heat. The added heat will allow you to sweat out impurities as well as make your muscles more elastic for added flexibility and strength.

Yoga Sculpt / Ra Strength

Get the benefits of a yoga while gaining the strength of traditional work out. Adding resistance with weights is a great way to balance your body and challenge yourself. Music is loud and we sweat A LOT see you there!
